4. Fees and Payment

The Firm’s fees and payment structure will be detailed in the engagement letter. Clients are responsible for all agreed-upon fees, expenses, and disbursements. Payment should be made in a timely manner, as specified in the engagement letter.

5. Confidentiality

The Firm is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of client information. All information shared with us will be kept strictly confidential, except when required by law or with the client’s consent.

6. Conflict of Interest

The Firm will diligently avoid conflicts of interest and will disclose any potential conflicts to clients promptly. Clients must also disclose any conflicts of interest they are aware of that may affect our representation.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the attorney-client relationship upon written notice. In the event of termination, clients are responsible for any fees incurred up to that point.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, including documents, reports, and legal advice provided by the Firm, remains the property of the Firm and may not be used for any purpose other than the matter for which it was provided.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Nigeria, and any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.

10. Amendments

The Firm reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at its discretion. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
